for years I felt like I was just managing a secret. You don’t talk about these things,  even with close friends. I had extra pads in my purse, tissues in the car, backup underwear in a zip bag. Every trip outside felt like prepping for a disaster. This is the first thing that actually helped. It doesn’t fix the problem, but it finally lets me live again without always preparing for the worst.

The first time I wore them was at my daughter’s birthday. I was nervous because I’d had an accident the year before at a family dinner. But this time? I laughed, I played with the grandkids, and not once did I have to run off and check myself. That meant everything to me.

Wow, works well, I didn't really trust it will handle leaks well. But I was wrong, it doesn't protect as well as diapers but it's not bulky at all and doesn't steal my dignity, so its still way better.
